Math Placement Exam

Go to https://my.georgiasouthern.edu
Username: placementX (where X is a number from 1 to 35)
Password: mathisfun

The Math Placement Test Preparation site can currently accommodate 35 concurrent users. It is possible for users having the same username and password to be logged in simultaneously. If you find that the answers reported by WebCT are different from the answers you entered, it means that someone else is logged in under the username and password you used. Log out and then log in again using a different username and password (as shown below).

Good luck with the exam. You should not use any reference materials (including a graphing calculator) or seek outside help while completing the exam.

Weaker mathematics students tend to do better in Introduction to Mathematical Modeling (MATH 1101) and this course serves as an Area A Core Course for most majors outside of business, mathematics, the sciences and health professions. An advisor during SOAR will be able to assist you in determining whether MATH 1101 is a good choice for you.
